The links listed below will allow you to download the raw data in complete form that we used to perform the network analyses. The numbers in the files represent the balanced values for the systems.

Only one format is available. The first is in the SCOR format that is necessary for evaluation using NETWRK 4.1. The data is presented in a long column format. Listed first are the compartment titles, followed by: Biomasses, Exogenous Inputs, Exogenous Outputs, Respirations, and lastly, Intercompartmental Transfers.
